Current situation in the country and around the world regarding SARS-CoV-2 (which causes COVID-19) is peculiar and directly affects our lives, workplaces and the functioning of companies. KAN Group is committed to following all governmental recommendations as well as WHO guidelines.
We have launched internal processes and procedures to reduce risks and consequences for our Customers, Partners and Employees. Apart from people's health and safety, the ultimate goal is to ensure the continuity of the company's operations and, consequently, the execution of your orders according to the schedule.
Due to the seriousness of the threat, we have — adequately to the current state of affairs — adjusted the form of contact and communication.
From now on, we are available for remote contact only — by phone, email as well as via video-conferencing; currently, we exclude all personal contacts. Our sales staff are at your disposal and will provide you with support and advice as before. As far as possible, we also provide conditions for office workers to perform their duties via home office solutions.
There are no suspicions of illness in our organization so far, however, we are constantly monitoring the situation, which is changing dynamically. We systematically react to new information and implement preventive measures. We will respond and inform you immediately in the event of serious threats to your orders.
Grateful for the fruitful cooperation so far, we are counting on a fast two-way information flow and understanding in the case of difficulties resulting from factors beyond our control. If you have any questions or doubts, we are, of course, at your disposal.
